Processing
Made-to-order sets have a processing time of 7–10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Ready-to-Ship sets are processed within 1–3 business days.

Sizing
Please double-check your sizing before ordering. NailsByBritt is not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted by the customer. If you’re unsure, use our Sizing Guide or Virtual Sizing option.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our press-ons, all sales are FINAL. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Sets
Inspiration photos are used as a reference. Because every set is handmade, slight differences in design, color, or charm placement may occur.

Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. NailsByBritt is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered.
